Sign in with the Microsoft account assigned a MailTuck license.
If your organization purchased MailTuck, ask its Microsoft 365 administrator to assign you a license. Then check again.
Outlook remains available while MailTuck access is locked.
Outlook has not supplied a mailbox context yet. Close and reopen MailTuck from a message. For a shared mailbox, compare the same message in Outlook on the web and check your Outlook build and mailbox permissions with your administrator.

Keep MailTuck open
To keep MailTuck open as you switch messages, use the pin in Outlook's pane header when available. Pin separately while reading and composing. If no pin appears, check that the latest manifest is installed. MailTuck cannot pin or automatically open itself.
Outlook Classic extension
Use folders from all mailboxes in Classic Outlook, move messages between mailboxes, and open folders in Outlook.
Windows Classic Outlook only. Save drafts and close Outlook before running the installer. This installer is not digitally signed. New Outlook and Outlook on the web continue using this web add-in.

Reset data
Use these actions only when you want to rebuild or remove your saved MailTuck data.
Delete all MailTuck data? Settings, learned folders, filing preferences and Undo history will be reset in Classic and web. Other devices apply the reset when they reconnect; mailbox retention policies may preserve recovery copies. Pending filing requests will be cancelled. Your emails will stay where they are. This cannot be undone.
